What is the Rituale subscription?
This is a convenient automatic restocking service for your Rituale coffee, so you'll never run out. It renews every month, and you can adjust it anytime from your account.
What does the subscription include?
For now, it includes Terra (a blend of Ethiopian and Brazilian beans).
When we launch new coffees, subscribers will have first access to the new offerings.
Which plans are available?
You can choose between 6, 12, or 18 boxes per month, depending on your consumption. You can switch plans whenever you need to.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Based on a simple question (how many cups of coffee are consumed in your household each day?), we’re offering a recommended plan. This is just a guideline, you choose the one that works best for you.
When is the subscription charged?
The first payment is charged when you confirm your purchase, and after that, payments are automatically charged every 30 days; the billing date cannot be changed.
When will it be shipped, and how long will it take to arrive?
In the Iberian Peninsula, we deliver within 48–72 business hours from the time the order is processed. For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and Portugal, shipping is not free, and delivery times may vary. You will receive an email with tracking information.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is included at no additional cost for all subscriptions on the Iberian Peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and Portugal, shipping is currently the customer's responsibility.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. There's no minimum contract term. You can cancel it in seconds from your account.

Can I skip next month?
Yes. You can skip your next payment through your account. To ensure this takes effect in time, please do so before the monthly payment is processed.

Can I switch plans (6 / 12 / 18 boxes)?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time through your account. The change will take effect in the next billing cycle (starting with your next payment).

Can I change the shipping address or my personal information?

What happens if the payment fails?
We'll try to process the payment 4 more times. If the issue isn't resolved, your subscription will be automatically paused, and we'll notify you so you can update your payment method.
